I started sugarcraft in 1995 were I attended a day class at St Clare's Education Centre in Seaton and gained South West Access Federation award and then went on to evening classes at Honiton Community College for 2 nights a week over 2 years and achieved City and Gulids - 7900 Creative Studies in Sugarcraft. I also hold Certificates in food hygiene and I am registered with Local Authority. I have made Celebration and wedding Cakes since 1995 for friends and family. Which can been seen in the gallery. And hope to make many more! I have a range of cakes which can be adapted to your needs, but also can make a bespoke cake if required. I offer a friendly and professional service.
