Fruit Cakes
Our fruit cakes are all hand made with fresh ingredients. Fruit is soaked in brandy & sherry a week before it is baked & fed at least 3 times. Which makes a beautiful moist cake then, marzipaned and iced to your requirements.
( Nuts are are used in the cakes but can omit if required, but I cannot give you a complete guarantee that they are nut free, although I do my best to avoid contact as much as possible)

Sponge Cakes
Fillings can be chosen for sponge cakes - butter cream- vanilla, chocolate lemon etc.., different favour jams.
Additional cutting cakes are also an extremely popular option and a great idea if you are looking to cater for extra portions or offer an alternative choice of cake for your guests

Our requirements:
- Three months is ideally required for fruit cakes to ensure availability of the date and to also ensure that a fruit cake has time to mature.
- At least 2 weeks notice is required for sponge cakes
- However, I will always try to accommodate cakes at shorter notice where possible.
- Stand hire can be arranged, but deposit required for stands.
- Delivery and set up service is available, at additional cost depending on distance.
